Five electric loaders are undergoing final preparations before container loading. The machines have already received basic protective treatment and are secured onto wooden pallets; they are clean and fully inspected. Next, they will be loaded into containers in accordance with export shipping requirements for delivery to our US customer.
Before loading, we conduct a comprehensive inspection of the electric loaders—checking the power system, hydraulic system, tires, lights, and operational controls—to ensure the equipment is in proper working order. We also apply necessary protective measures and secure the machines based on transport distance and loading specifications to minimize the risk of damage from impact, friction, or shifting during transit.
Following inspection and packaging, our team strategically plans the placement within the container. We use professional handling equipment to load the machines smoothly and secure them firmly using straps and wooden blocking to ensure stability during long-distance ocean transport. Finally, the container is sealed, the process is documented with photographs, and export paperwork is finalized in preparation for shipment to the US destination.
